Hello Fellow Travelers,
How are you doing with the
"new spin on gratitude"? If you did not get a chance to read the recent post on
gratitude, please take a moment to do so, below. It is located on Monday June 4 post.
This weeks
message of inspiration is a follow up. It is so important at this time to open
our hearts. It is not an easy task, since our hearts have mostly been shut down
for various and sundry reasons.
The reasons for shut down
are not important at this point. The reasons for opening
are.
When you open your heart,
you are opening to a deeper appreciation of self and others and a deeper sense
of connection and compassion. When you open your heart you are saying yes to the
feelings of love, joy and
peace.
Your heart has a unique
language of it's own. It is the language of sharing, co-creation, unity and
relationship. When you open your heart, it stirs deep memory of this ancient
language. It is the language of all those who have loved before us. It is the
language of our
soul.
To learn the language of
your heart there is one rule. Open it. Your heart and all of it's electrical
components will then go to work, sending messages of well-being and love to all
the parts of your body. It sends messages of hope if you are ill, it sends
messages of comfort, if you are grieving, it sends messages of assurance,
appreciation and gratitude. It sends messages of faith and hope, it sends
messages of bliss and joy, it sends messages to every inch of you! It even sends
messages from you to others.
So, open your heart, for the
many reasons listed above and more...let the messages fly! You won't be sorry.
