Hello Fellow Travelers,
With
the changing of the seasons in full force, the prevalent energy in
nature in the northern hemisphere is yang. Snow and wind one day, sun
and warmth the next. Seeds are sprouting, buds forming, birds busy.The
ground is rumbling with the energy of the newly emerging seeds, hot and
fiery as they push their way out. You can feel the intensity of yang as
you step outside. The extreme, loud, vibration is not just from the
spring, it is a collective energy that is reaching an all time high at
this time, for many reasons. The point of this message is, however to
assist you in counterbalancing the over productive, over acting, over
abundant yang energy.
Take a moment now, take a deep breath and exhale long and slow.Inhale again, slowly and read these words~
Stillness. Quietude. Turning In. Silence.
These
words are medicine for the soul. Let the medicine fill you up. The
energy that these words invoke is the medicine of yin. The medicine of
intuition. The medicine of receptivity.
Step
inside of yourself. Experience the power of yin. It is the power of
turning within in the midst of chaos and finding the center of your
being. It is always there, awaiting your attention. It is like the power
that lay within the trunk of a tree in mid winter. Always pulsing,
always there, yet in order to hear it, you must stop, touch the tree,
listen, feel, wait.
Be still,
turn in, let the quiet bath you and the silence nourish you. Coax your
spirit to share its wisdom, simply by being still, quiet, silent. Those
three words are the keys to unlock the experience of connecting to your
essence. They are the medicine for yang weary bodies, minds and
spirits.
All who read this
are being given a dose of yin energy. May it bless you with a sigh of
relief, assist you in gently closing your eyes, turning within, being
still, quiet and hearing the whispers.

Libra Full Moon energy download
Hello Fellow Travelers,
Today we are graced with the energy of the full moon in the astrological sign of Libra. A profound download of energy is being released for all of us to revel in. This download of energy feels very similar to the energy that opened to us from the cosmic heart in December 2012.
The energy of love, inspiration, harmony and balance is is coming right through the full moon and beaming its light onto and into everyone and everything upon our beautiful planet. As this energy is activated from the cosmic heart, it is activating the energy of our own sacred hearts. The experience of a deeper awakening is beckoning to us on the beams of this full moon. The Libra moon is like a lover calling to us to open our hearts, yet as we do, it is calling out something else in us also.
As as it goes with expansion and awakening, there is also a clearing happening.
Anything that is not love, anything uninspiring, disharmonious, unjust, unfair and out of balance is coming up and out of our energy for healing. These energies are most likely old (think decayed) and have been deeply hidden for a long, long time. These energies are sticky and as they come up for release you can feel the doubt, shame and blame that are hanging on for dear life . They are yours, mine and ours types of energy too. Meaning, the junk can be yours or anyone else's you may have had relationship with in this life. All the junk you carried for others is now out of its energetic hiding places within your body too. And that can awaken a whole new level of anger and blame. Yes, this is a deep cleansing process and there is only one thing to do with this yuck that has come up...
Let it go
It is the perfect time to let it go! Ask for guidance, direction and courage in releasing old, dead and dark energies from wherever they have been hiding. Let them come up and out. No need to look too closely at this time to what it is that is coming up. Use your body as your guide, letting it tell you that if it does not feel good, it is not, so just Let it Go. That is all you need to know.
Libra energy can be tricky because in its essence it just wants everything and everyone to get along and to feel good, be good, and not hurt too much. So there may be a tendency to want to stop the process, so remember that you are strong and it is time for another deep let go. It is not time to turn your back on yourself, your process, your awakening and your connection to Source.
Instead, turn into your process, your awakening. Turn into the higher vibrations of these glorious moon beams, beaming to you the energy of love, balance and harmony in all relationships. Let that energy fuel you, sooth you and move you.
Awaken your connection to Source, call for help from the realms of support. Bath in the Full Libra Moon energy to cleanse old stuck emotions around anything and everything, especially that which has been out of balance, unfair or unjust in your life.
The Libra energy is also very supportive of the letting go process at this time, for it contains the alpha and omega which is endings and beginnings. Clearing and readying yourself for new life, new birth , new love, new understanding, and a new relationship with life, bringing all that has been out of balance into a new level of equality, fairness, justice and harmony.
This is happening at the deepest level for all of us. This energy aides us in letting go, because the moment we do, it will feel like the whole universe is conspiring on our behalf. We will feel the harmony playing itself out within our beings and within our environments. We won't remember one bit of the pain, for our focus in now on the love.
Use this energy to support you on your path and know that you are always loved and upheld as the whole and beautiful being that you are.

Full Moon in Sagittarius/Lunar Eclipse
This is a full moon/lunar eclipse energy post. As many of you know this is the second of three eclipses in a row. I am called to share the energetic information I am receiving that may assist those of you who like to use the energy of the moon's cycles to assist you in shifting, growing, changing and all around well-being.
I am known to channel Gaia- the messages of the heart and soul of the Mother Earth and now I am called to channel Luna~ the gem of the sky~ our connection to our innermost psyche and the psyche of the Universe! how fun!
First I will talk about the energy and then I will share with you an idea for a ceremony or celebration of this full moon.
Needless to say, the energy has been big and a bit crazy over the last two weeks and will continue. It's not called a shake up for nothing! This is because the shifting of consciousness that we all have been talking about, contemplating and awaiting is truly upon us-still we are surprised when our lives feel like we are surfing a GIANT wave and our feet are barely hanging onto the edge of a teeny tiny surf board.
Hang on and here we go...
Our KNOWING is shifting. What we used to believe and what we used to rely on is not true anymore, thus the feeling of uncertainty or instability is primary for many of us, even while we diligently make changes. What we know is expanding, not shrinking, it is being directed in a different direction. It is no longer appropriate to know more about that which is no longer important.
I would recommend we look at it as our internal software is outdated and we are needing to update- quick. This change is happening so fast, it is reflected in how many new versions of updates, upgrades, etc we are bombarded with daily in our tecnhological lives. It's like the commercial I recently saw- the person bought the 5.0 version and the minute that it was delivered it was old news.
The energy is insisting we throw away or remove much of our old beliefs. The surety comes when we surrender to this and allow the old to be replaced with the new. And the new, and the new. It will only get better, I promise. If you can surrender as you surf, you will get the "hang" of this new fast moving energy. Fall off, get on, learn, fall off again.
Remember to trust that it will get better and better and the outcome will be "better than you ever expected" AND remember that you are always loved, guided and supported. In order to get to "better than ever expected" it is demanded that we let go of all that we hold onto that keeps us in a false zone of "safe". Ok, that is why you must remember that you are always loved, supported and guided. Connect with that love and support by connecting to the Moon! Those messages are the crux of this full moon.
This moon's rays are shining out to you, asking you to BE the philosopher in your life. To be the lover of wisdom, to be a visionary and new thinker. It is asking you to use the gifts that present themselves to you every day- the sun, the moon, the stars, the planets, the earth, the people, and mostly the energy. Ask for the energy that you need and want to be delivered unto you. Ask, as you sit under the moon tonight, or tomorrow to be delivered unto a joyful, happy, free, loving life. What are your deepest desires, your highest ideals? Your biggest dreams?
The ceremony is to simply sit outside and see, know and feel yourself taking in the rays of the moon. See her shining light raining down upon you. If it is cloudy, IMAGINE this. You will then feel it.
Key to new software is to first imagine, see, visualize, then ask the Universe, then trust and then know it is on its way to you. Risk (Sagittarius will RISK) to sit with your dreams, ideals, visions and allow them to be in your energy with you. It is time to stop pushing them away for fear, or because of old software that says "you can't", or "it hasn't been done" or "you're wrong".
Under the light of the silver moon you will be downloading the new upgraded software of the new upgraded human~ It gives you messages like "you are beautiful", "you are Divine Love", "You are Love" and most especially, it gives directions like: "live in a heart-centered consciousness now" Open your heart, it is the wave of the future, the answer and the glory. Open your heart, share your heart, reach out to others, share, cooperate, value life, find communion in nature, with others and you will begin to feel very at home in this new energy.
Allow the love in, invite the love in, it is there and Luna is asking you to do it now!
