who are you?

Hello Fellow Travelers,
I encourage you this week to explore this question.
"Who Am I?"
Of course there are many answers to this profoundly loaded question. There are many angles in which to approach this question. You could be excited or cynical, inspired, freaked out or wonder what the point is.
Any and all of these reactions are perfect.
I encourage you to explore this question with an attitude of adventure. Allowing whatsoever your reaction to the question is to guide you to the next answer or the next question for yourself.
This form of inquiry is fuel for your Essence. You see, this aspect of you- your Spirit, your Essence is non judgmental. It just is. It holds truth and truth is an inside job. Truth is personal and you and only you know or can discover the truth of Who you Are.
Open ended questioning and answers will lead you to a deeper knowing and understanding of your Self.
AND, you must be honest. If that question annoys you, follow the thread of annoyance. If that question incites you, follow that thread. If you think "Oh I already know who I am..." follow that thread, and if you feel a bolt of inspiration, follow that thread. No thread is better than the other. They all lead to the same place. With a whole lot of adventurous learning along the way!
Join in the adventure. Ask the question and stay open to discovering where the thread takes you.
